Coach Sterbenz began coaching Track and Field in 2015, coaching AAU and USATF, after almost 15 years competing in the sport. Her passion for running sports began as a child competing in USATF and has continued by sharing her passion with her children. Along with an outstanding coaching staff, she coached NEK track and cross country athletes to successful first seasons in 2021. Her specialty events include hurdles and long jump. Coach Sterbenz is a homeschool mom of 4 children and a nurse by profession.
